How to make salted caramel ice cream...

Here are the ingredients and if you want to find out how to make it just watch the video.

makes -1.5 litres of ice cream

250g caster sugar

8 egg yolks

one vanilla pod

250ml whole milk

380ml double cream

pinch of salt

With the finished mixture use an ice cream maker or put in the freezer and mix every 15minutes for about an hour.

Louis Vuitton's ice cream dream boat

Louis Vuitton has followed Mulberry and has joined in on the ice cream cream obsession....with cones, sundaes and banana splits.

They even had an ice cream truck to celebrate outside one of their stores.

As I mentioned a few weeks ago Mulberry's campaign is along the same lines.
